• The Forum Shop N Glow Offer is valid from 01st Oct – 31st Dec 2024 during business hours, i.e., between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. for single-day purchases in exclusive women's brands at Forum South Bengaluru.
• Shop for Rs. 7,500 or more in exclusive women’s wear stores and get a free Rs. 2000 voucher from PAGE 3 Salon.
• Multiple bills adding up to Rs. 7,500 from the women's brands are accepted.
• Customers can shop from Label Ritu Kumar, ONLY, Veromoda, Taruni, Jaypore, Yuvanta, Soch, Go Colors, Biba, Aurelia, W, Aarke by Ritu Kumar, Mustard, Enamor, Triumph, NewMe, Koskii, Neeru's, Meena Bazar, Saundh, Allen Solly Women, Kazo and Rareism to be eligible to avail the offer.
• Customers are kindly requested to settle their invoices promptly within the same day during regular business hours.
• To avail the offer, customers will have to submit their invoices on the same day of purchase at the information desk/Forum Reward desk along with a valid name, email address, phone number, DOB, invoice details, and a valid ID issued by the Government of India.
• Rewards and gifts issued cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.
• No two offers (like Forum Rewards, Forum Gold Rush, Forum Shop & Play, Forum Shop N Chill) can be clubbed together.
• The mall management holds no responsibility for any delays, disruptions, or dissatisfaction arising from services redeemed as part of this gratification offer.
• Participation in such a promotional scheme is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.
• Mall Management, retail employees, third-party agency staff, associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.
• The Mall Management may request participants for photographs, testimonials, and feedback, and shall reserve the right to publish the same.
• In case of a shortage of gifts, the management shall issue a 'Credit Gift Note,' and customers may collect the gift later.
• The Mall Management reserves all rights to terminate the campaign, modify, or change the terms of this promotional activity without any prior information. In case of any dispute, the decision of mall management will be final and binding on all parties.
