Terms & Conditions

  • The offer is valid from 15th November to 31st December 2025 at Forum South Bengaluru.
  • NOTE: *Customers who shop for ₹1,00,000 or more during the offer period will receive an assured 25-gram silver coin. This is applicable to a minimum of 3 visits to the mall, with minimum spend of ₹5000 or more during each visit.
    * Customers who shop for ₹5,00,000 or more will qualify for a lucky draw to win a round-trip ticket only to Dubai with Emirates. The expenses for accommodation and additional spend will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note: Over every visit, a single bill of up to ₹5,000 must be submitted, purchases made above ₹5,000 can be shared via multiple bills.
  • During the campaign period, cumulative bills totalling ₹1,00,000 or more will be eligible for the assured 25-gram silver coin. However, if any individual bill is below ₹5,000, the customer may register at the info desk, but the passport will not be stamped. Please note that Flea Market bills will not be considered.
  • Bills from the jewellery category will not be considered for redemption. Bills from the electronics, home appliance, fashion and accessory brands will be eligible for redemption.
  • Customers must present and submit all three original invoices at the time of their final purchase to be eligible for the offer. The invoices must be submitted on the same day of the last purchase. The bills submitted must be under a single customers name, multiple names on the invoices are not accepted.
  • Only one stamp can be issued per passport per day. Additional purchases on the same day won’t qualify for extra stamps.
  • To avail the offer, customers will have to submit their invoices on the same day of purchase at the information desk/Forum Rewards desk along with a valid name, email address, phone number, DOB, invoice details, and a valid ID issued by the Government of India.
  • Rewards and gifts issued cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. This o er is not valid on company orders/institutional/bulk orders.
  • No two offers can be clubbed together.
  • Participation in such a promotional scheme is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.
  • The mall management holds no responsibility for any delays, disruptions, or dissatisfaction arising from services redeemed as part of this gratification offer.
  • Mall Management, retail employees, third-party agency staff , associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.
  • The Mall Management may request participants for photographs, testimonials, and feedback, and shall reserve the right to publish the same.
  • In case of a shortage of gifts, the management shall issue a 'Credit Gift Note,' and customers may collect the gift later.
  • The Mall Management reserves all rights to terminate the campaign, modify, or change the terms of this promotional activity without any prior information. In case of any dispute, the decision of mall management will be final and binding on all parties.
