- This offer is not valid on company orders/institutional/bulk orders.
- One customer can avail one gift only, i.e., multiple gifts will not be issued to a single customer.
- Customers are kindly requested to check the gifts on the spot. Forum South Bengaluru will not be held responsible for any damage/warranty/guarantee of the product once handed to the customer.
- Customers are requested to settle their invoices on the same day during regular business hours, without delay or exception.
- To redeem the offer, customers must submit their invoices and metro tickets on the day of purchase at the information desk or Forum Rewards desk, along with their full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, invoice details, and a valid Government of India ID. Invoices from previous dates will not be eligible for participation.
- Rewards and gifts issued cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.
- No two offers (WOW Wednesday) can be clubbed together.
- Participation in such a promotional scheme is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.
- Mall Management, retail employees, third-party agency staff, associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.
- The Mall Management may request participants for photographs, testimonials, and feedback, and shall reserve the right to publish the same.
- In case of a shortage of gifts, the management shall issue a 'Credit Gift Note,' and customers may collect the gift later. The gift must be collected within 30 working days from the date of confirming the availability of the product pick up.
- The mall management holds no responsibility for any delays, disruptions, or dissatisfaction arising from services redeemed as part of this gratification offer.
- The Mall Management reserves all rights to terminate the campaign, modify, or change the terms of this promotional activity without any prior information. In case of any dispute, the decision of mall management will be final and binding on all parties.
