Shop and win exiting gifts

1- The Forum Rewards Offer is valid between 20th Oct 2026 - 31st Dec 2026 during business hours, ie., between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at Forum South Bengaluru.

3- This offer is not valid on Company orders/ Institutional/bulk orders/bills through Omni Channel.

4- One customer can avail one gift only, ie, multiple gifts will not be issued to a single customer.

5- Bills relating to purchases that are cancelled, refunded, exchanged (where the revised purchase value falls below the qualifying amount), or otherwise reversed shall become ineligible for the Contest.

6- Customers are kindly requested to check the gifts on the spot. Forum South Bengaluru will not be held responsible for any damage/warranty/ guarantee of the product once handed to the customer.

7- Customers are requested to settle their invoices on the same day during regular business hours, without delay or exception.

8- To redeem the offer, customers must submit their invoices on the day of purchase at the information desk or Forum Rewards desk, along with their full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, invoice details, and a valid Government of India ID. Invoices from previous dates will not be eligible for participation.

9- Rewards and gifts issued cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.

10- No two offers/ campaigns can be clubbed together.

11- Participation in such a promotional scheme is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.

12- Mall Management, its employees, retail employees, third-party agency staff, associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.

13- Forum South Bengaluru reserves the right to reject forged, altered, duplicated, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise suspicious bills or entries.

14- All applicable taxes and statutory charges and any additional accessories relating to the prizes shall be borne solely by the respective winners in accordance with applicable laws.

15- Winners may be required to participate in photography, videography, interviews, or other promotional activities. The Mall Management may request participants for photographs, testimonials, and feedback, and shall reserve the right to publish the same.

16- In case of a shortage of gifts, the management shall issue a 'Credit Gift Note,' and customers may collect the gift later.

17- The Mall Management reserves all rights to terminate the campaign, modify, or change the terms of this promotional activity without any prior information.

18- Forum South Bengaluru reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

19- Forum South Bengaluru shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the Contest, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

20- All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

21- Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

22- In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest or the prizes, the decision of Forum South Bengaluru shall be final and binding.

23- All disputes relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore Karnataka.
