• Forum Eat N Win offer is valid on bills across brands at the food court from 24th Oct – 31st Dec 2025 at Forum South Bengaluru during business hours, i.e., between 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Customers with bills for Rs. 1,000 and above from the food court brands can stand a chance to win a thali for 2 at Rajdhani.
• Note: Only food court brand invoices are eligible to take part in the above campaign. Multiple bills accepted only.
• Customers can bill from IDC, Café Vishala, Shiv Sagar, Kailash Parbat, Haldirams, KFC, Mc Donald’s, Burger King, Dominos, Taco Bell, WOW Momos, California Burrito, Subway, Pizza Hut, Nagas, Fujian Express, Marhaba, Koreyang, Sharief Bhai, Belgian Waffle, Mad Over Donuts, Dessert Works, Chai Bliss, Squeeze Juice Bar, House of Candy, Go Desi to be eligible to avail the offer.
• Customers are kindly requested to settle their invoices promptly within the same day during regular business hours.
• To avail the offer, customers will have to submit their invoices on the same day of purchase at the information desk/Forum Rewards desk along with a valid name, email address, phone number, DOB, invoice details, and a valid ID issued by the Government of India.
• Invoices submitted on the same day will only be considered for the offer. The deadline for invoice redemption is 10:00 p.m., after which the customers cannot avail for the offer.
• Rewards and gifts issued cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. Customers will be responsible for bearing the applicable gift tax on the gold coin, as mandated by prevailing government regulations. .
• No two offers (like Forum Rewards and Forum Shop N Glow) can be clubbed together.
• Participation in such a promotional scheme is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.
• Mall Management, retail employees, third-party agency staff, associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.
• The Mall Management may request participants for photographs, testimonials, and feedback, and shall reserve the right to publish the same.
• In case of a shortage of gifts, the management shall issue a 'Credit Gift Note,' and customers may collect the gift later.
• The Mall Management reserves all rights to terminate the campaign, modify, or change the terms of this promotional activity without any prior information. In case of any dispute, the decision of mall management will be final and binding on all parties.
