Chef Duo, Goutham Balasubramanian, Balaji Balachander and hotelier, Mr. Michael Antony started SALT, a smart Indian restaurant at Forum Vijaya Mall, Chennai in 2013. Recently, SALT expanded into Bangalore by opening two new outlets, with the most recent one at Forum Mall, Koramangala.
